The use of the Sites requires the user's agreement to each and every one of the provisions set forth in this Legal Notice, in addition to any specific warnings or provisions established for the provision of certain services, products or the use of areas of the Sites.

BEHAPPY shall discontinue the service of the Sites that are being used by the user and immediately terminate the relation with the user in the event that BEHAPPY finds any use of the Sites or any of the services offered therein that may be considered contrary to what is established in this Legal Notice.

The entire contents of this page: text, images, trademarks, graphics, logos, buttons, software files, color combinations, together with the structure, selection, order and presentation of its contents, are protected by the laws on intellectual and industrial property, and their reproduction, distribution, public communication and transformation is prohibited, except for personal and private use.

BEHAPPY does not guarantee that the contents are accurate or without error or that the free use of them by the user does not breach the rights of third parties. The good or bad use of this site and its contents is under the responsibility of the user.

This Legal Notice is written in Spanish and subject to current Spanish legislation. In case of any kind of disagreement derived from the use of the services provided or from the contents of the Sites, the parties, with the acceptance of the provisions contained herein, shall submit to the relevant Courts of Madrid.
